Meirav Sarur, 54, mother of three, was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017.
She underwent grueling treatments — chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation — a daily battle that demanded immense strength from her and her family.
Thanks to her extraordinary determination, Meirav eventually reached remission.
Two years of breathing again, returning to normal, and giving her daughters a bit of peace.
But in 2020, the cancer returned — this time metastatic and aggressive,n.
Meirav had to undergo another complex series of treatments. She reached full remission again but subsequently deteriorated, especially after the war broke out. Since then, the family has been on an exhausting emotional roller coaster.
Recently, after a particularly challenging period, Meirav completed another treatment cycle that included brain radiation in an attempt to stabilize her condition — but the radiation was did not work.
Her family refused to give up. They searched for every shred of hope and finally found the IOZK Center in Germany — one of the world’s leading centers for treatment ofcancer and brain metastases.
The professor who examined Meirav agreed to take her on for treatment.
But the cost is overwhelming.
Each treatment cycle is approximately 200,000 NIS, and Meirav will need several cycles.
And this is where we turn to you.
Every donation — big or small — becomes part of Meirav’s fight.
Part of the future of her three daughters.
