Case Description:

t's simply not fair that some people suffer from chronic diseases all their lives. And even worse; that they must then choose between buying medicine or food every month. They do not have to choose between summer vacation destinations, nor between brands of smart phones. They are debating whether to eat a meal or buy medicine. Some choose medicine and remain hungry. Some of them choose a meal and risk deterioration of their condition and causing irreversible damage to their health. Some of the medicines are covered by their health insurance, but the cost of their co-pay may reach thousands of shekels a month, for adults and children alike. Not to mention medicines that are not covered by insurance. We believe that everybody deserves the right to receive medicine. We hope that one day the question "medicine or food?" will pass from our world. In the meantime, we need your support and hope that we will find a place in your hearts for the people whose health is in danger every day because of the heavy economic burden medicine takes. Together with you we can make a real change in their lives. If we only manage to raise the required amount, thousands of people will be able to live a healthy life and live with dignity alongside their illness. Any amount can rewrite the life story of thousands. If you have any medicine that you no longer need, please tell us or hand it over to one of the collection points. May you always be on the side of the giving !
