Yoav was diagnosed with an aggressive tumor and needs expensive medicine.
Yoav is 9 years old. About a year and a half ago, during a routine dental examination, his dentist noticed swelling in his jaw. It turned out that Yoav suffers from an aggressive tumor in his jaw with a risk of damage to his eye socket and brain. He underwent surgery to remove the tumor but after 4 months the tumor returned to his jaw and he underwent repeat surgery, followed by biological treatment. Unfortunately the treatment did not help and the third time that the tumor returned, Yoav underwent another surgery again but is now recommended a treatment that may save him called Vetriant.
The treatment is expensive and is not in his health insurance. The cost of treatment is around $1,500 per month.
