Case Description:
19 years old Goldie suffered from severe physical violence from the day she was born, accompanied by verbal and mental violence from both parents, mainly from יקר mother.
At the age of 16, the parents threw Goldie and her 2 other sisters out of the house and the welfare authorities transferred them to a foster family who also threw them out after 3 months. Her older sisters left the system but Goldie was transferred to yet another foster family, where she was unfortunately sexually abused for a year.
Goldie was left with a severe eating disorder, anxiety and complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
A year and a half ago, Goldie found a treatment team in the US that managed to rehabilitate her,
She managed to raise money from good people for a year and a half and now she must get at least another 5 years of treatment.
Treatment cost per month is about 3000 NIS, per year about 36,000 NIS.
The cost of treatment for 5 years is about 180,000 NIS and this is the goal we set together with Goldie in order to get her out of dire straits and give her a chance for a healthy life.
